IFS has an immediate full-time opportunity to join our Janitorial Services Team as a Site Manager. Salary Range: $70,000 - $78,000
Work Schedule: The work schedule is a regular workday schedule with the occasional overnight travel (pending your territory).
Summary of Duties:
· Manages the assigned accounts (10-50) within region in terms of service delivery satisfaction and future service sales.
· Meet with customers and subcontractors to evaluate and provide improved and expanded services in area.
· Develop and implement plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and subcontractors.
· Visit accounts as prescribed in portfolio and review and or complete audits and submit.
· Develop and implement staffing schedules to meet customer contract requirements.
· Prepare and timely submit management reports.
· Make minor repairs and adjustments to equipment and / or submit service orders for major repairs if needed.
· Provide backup crew work in emergency situations.
